How to make gol gappa or pani puri

Materials for gol gappa

Pani Puri Water at Home

  1. 1 green chilli
  2. 1-inch ginger
  3. ¼ cup of soi tamarind water
  4. ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  5. ¾ teaspoon licking masala
  6. 1 cup mint leaves and green coriander leaves
  7. salt to taste
  8. 2 cups of water

Watering method

Put coriander and mint in a mixer, add ginger, green chillies and a little water and grind it well. Now filter it. Now add tamarind water, cumin powder, chat masala and salt. Mix well and water is ready.

How to Serve Pani Puri at Home

Take one of the curries and make a small hole above your thumb, now add the prepared spices and pour water. In it, tamarind sauce, finely chopped onions, can be used if desired.

Note That: -
  • The whole dough should be strict.
  • Allow the flowers to flush through the entire floating time.
  • Phillies should be packed together.
  • Do not prepare the water before serving it or it will become soft.
  • If you do not want to use tamarind sauce then you can also use lemons.
  • If you like light sweet, then add 2 teaspoons of sugar to the water.
  • By adding asafetida in the water of water, it tastes better.

  • If you do not like to grind chickpeas, you can use the country black gram instead.
