Cleansing Yogasan for Cleansing Yogasan Sakhasan Yoga Steps and Benefits

Ardha Matsyendrasana Benefits And Precautions in ardh matsyendrasan


1. Sit on both sides of the ground, spreading further.
2. Bend the right leg to the knee and take it to the hip on the outside of the left thigh.
3. Place the left hand on the right knee while folding from the elbow.
4. Keep the right hand on the ground while moving as far as possible.

5. But do not twist the hand. Turn the shoulders, chest, and neck to the right.

6. Take a breath and inside the stomach.
7. Stay in this types of state for a while Breath away.
8. Slowly come to the former state. Repeat the same verse on the other side.


Caution: Patients with pain and abdominal pain in the knees and hernia, piles and pregnant women do not do this posture.


Benefits: This posture is the massage of abdominal organs. The spinal cord comes inflexibility. The buttocks is strong.


Vakrasana Pose Steps and Benefits 

1. Stand in Tadasan.
2. Move the left leg to the right thigh of the right leg (making a 90-degree angle).
3. Raise both hands straight parallel to the shoulders.
4. Add hands to the posture of Namaste.
5. Stop breathing. Stay in this state for a while.
6. Relieve breath while bringing down the hands.


Caution: People suffering from knee pain should not do this posture.

Broadcasting Patrodontas Prasarita Padottanasana Yoga Pose

1. Stand straight while keeping the gap between the legs. Keep both hands straight.

2. Slowly bend forward and touch the ground with both of your hands. Keep the spine straight while bending.

4. Stay in this condition for a while. Stop breathing.
5. Lean the two hands inwards and bend.
6. Exhalation. Both arms should be under the shoulders. Stay in this state for a while. Stop breathing.
7. Do not fold hands and feet.
8. Slowly fall into the previous situation.


Caution: People who are suffering from back pain should not do this posture.


Benefits: By doing this seat, the spinal cord, legs, and buttocks become strong.


Purvottanasana Steps and Benefits Purvottanasana.  Sit in front of both legs straightening upwards. Both legs have met together.

2. Move both hands behind the buttocks.
3. Lift the whole body on the strength of the palms and ankles.
4. Keep the body straight. Stay in this state for a while.
5. Then come back to the former state.


Caution: People who are troubled with lower back pain should not do this posture.


Benefits: This posture relaxes the body and mind.
